Refund policy

Please take note that all Bouncee sales are final. 

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. A return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.  All shipments must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving authorization. 

You can initiate a store credit by emailing hello@bounceeco.com. Please include the order number, reason for store credit and first and last name associated with the order.

If your store credit is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Items returned to us without approval for store credit will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Lost Packages

All missing orders need to be reported to us within 7 business days.

How will I be notified when my pre-order is available?

We will send you an email notification when your pre-order is available for shipping.

Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my pre-order?

We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your shipping address after you've placed your pre-order. 

What happens if the release date of the pre-order is delayed?

If the release date is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed and provide you with updated information on the new release date. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
